réséda has over 220 employees, 4,560 km of power lines, and a public service mission at the heart of the daily lives of residents and customers in the concession area. 

Bliiida is a multidisciplinary venue deeply rooted in its community, hosting over 100 organizations from the creative, cultural, and artisanal sectors, and also offering an event program for all audiences. 

Two very different missions that share common convictions: a strong local presence in the Metz region, a commitment to collective action, and a passion for experimentation.

• réséda has long been committed to training and integrating young people into energy sector professions, working alongside vocational high schools in the region. 
• Bliiida, with its support programs, workspaces, shared equipment, and rich ecosystem, does the same for emerging creators and cultural entrepreneurship.

As the energy sector is constantly evolving – with smart meters, electric vehicles, local energy production, new mobilities, etc. – cultivating curiosity and the ability to think differently is essential. An event under the stars to celebrate 10 editions of public art

This alliance resonates particularly strongly this year. As part of the International Constellations Festival of Metz, réséda supports Bliiida, which is organizing and hosting the Rencontres Constellations de Metz and the two inaugural evenings of this 2026 edition.
