Bliiida plays a key co-piloting role in the Fluxus program, alongside DRAC Grand Est and Agence Culturelle Grand Est.

As a cultural third place in Metz, Bliiida hosts several meetings and training sessions.
Bliiida also hosts one of the "cultural entrepreneurship discovery days," a step in the Fluxus pre-incubation program.
Fluxus is dedicated to helping cultural and artistic projects transition from passionate ideas to structured, sustainable businesses. Bliiida provides its on-the-ground expertise, welcoming environment, and human resources to coordinate and facilitate the incubation program.
