Bout d'essais

Bout d’essais participates in numerous public and private cultural events, offering interactive photo activities and educational workshops. Our activities aim to raise awareness of photography among children, young people, and adults, with the goal of making culture accessible to everyone, everywhere.

During our events, we are often accompanied by our mascot The Flashmobile, a caravan transformed into a mobile studio & lab. Bout d’essais organizes the major festival Photography My Love and supports emerging and established photographers by setting up artistic residencies. Located at Bliiida, a creative hub in Metz, the association provides its fully equipped spaces: a darkroom, a digital lab, and a photo studio for professional and amateur photographers. Bout d’essais also rents out costumes and accessories for individuals and professionals.
