Bien Cordialement

Bien Cordialement brings together five female professionals in live performance – Clotilde Ast, Claire Girod, Julie Gothuey, Cécile Heil, and Claire Novelli – based in Bliiida (Metz). Together, they share a common drive: to rethink and support in their own way the professions of production, distribution, administration, HR, and development.

Neither a production office nor a traditional structure, Bien Cordialement is a supportive and joyfully serious collective, born from the need to break isolation, to pool practices, and to put people back at the heart of the sector.

Their reality-rooted approach is based on cooperation, transmission, and reflexivity: feedback methodology (DasArts), prevention of VHSS, collective intelligence, and awareness of the cultural ecosystem (TNS, ArtenRéel, Grand Est companies…).

They advocate an ethic of listening, care, and shared responsibility, working towards a live performance sector that is more sustainable, more equitable, and more collective.
